About Us

Welcome To Young Enterprenuer’s Society (YES)

The Young Enterprenuer’s Society (YES) was conceived in 2012 by a visionary group of young exporters in Moradabad, the Brass City, with the primary goal of collectively working towards the betterment of the export fraternity. Over the years, our collaborative efforts have successfully navigated numerous challenges in our trade, thanks to the overwhelming and consistent support of our dedicated members.
This led to the establishment of YES chapters in Panipat and Noida, broadening our reach and impact. Additionally, in 2020, we launched the YES Wonder Women Club in Moradabad, a dedicated wing aimed at empowering women in the export industry.
In 2016, recognizing the success of the YES chapter in Moradabad, we decided to expand our horizons by replicating our model in other key export clusters.
Our mission is to strengthen young and first-generation exporters by providing them with the necessary resources and support to thrive. To this end, we have expanded our aims and objectives, envisioning bigger goals, and executing them with precision. New bylaws have been instituted to govern our activities, and a detailed roadmap has been crafted to guide our future endeavours.
We collaborate closely with apex organizations in the handicraft export sector, such as the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH). This partnership ensures that our members have access to the best industry practices and opportunities. Additionally, we have a strong association with the Buying Agents Association (BAA), a prominent organization of sourcing consultants, further enhancing our network and capabilities. We also work cohesively with other associations in Moradabad, such as the Moradabad Handicrafts Exporters Association (MHEA), and collaborate with various handicraft clusters across the country. These partnerships are vital in promoting the growth and sustainability of the handicraft sector.
Besides several other Laurels for our senior members, In 2024, YES was honoured by Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Chairman of IEML and Chief Mentor of EPCH, for our successful collaboration during the April Fair. This recognition underscores our commitment to excellence and our ability to foster meaningful partnerships.
